Mentoring in Action is a program designed to provide positive and healthy relationships between Crete-Monee youth, ages 10-17, and business and community members. The central focus of MIA is enhancing self-esteem, building character, and making positive choices. Since this is a referral-based program, we require a school official to recommend potential mentees to the Program Coordinator before a youth can officially apply to be mentored. If you have a student that you believe will benefit from a mentoring relationship, please fill out the School Referral Form and return to Shrome Kennard, Program Coordinator, at the CM Sixth Grade Center.
See the "Mentoring in Action" section under the Business Education Partnership tab for more details... |
